The platform will integrate with your existing Streak and Gmail workflow to identify high-value pitching opportunities, draft tailored email pitches in your brand voice, and surface performance insights over time. Your account executives remain in full control of every outbound message, while routine analysis, drafting, and prioritization are handled by the system.
The platform is designed to grow with your operations through phased delivery, beginning with the AI Sales Agent and expanding into reporting dashboards and project workflow automation in subsequent phases.

Delivery is structured in three phases. Phase 1 is fully scoped under this proposal. Phases 2 and 3 are presented at a directional level and will be detailed in separate scopes once Phase 1 is complete and live performance data is available to guide design decisions.

To begin Phase 1 on time, the following items will be needed from your team. We will coordinate access and walk through any items together during the discovery milestone.
