Project Overview

This proposal outlines the development of a custom AI-powered sales platform designed to scale your team's outbound capacity without compromising the personalized, well-researched quality your clients expect.

The platform will integrate with your existing Streak and Gmail workflow to identify high-value pitching opportunities, draft tailored email pitches in your brand voice, and surface performance insights over time. Your account executives remain in full control of every outbound message, while routine analysis, drafting, and prioritization are handled by the system.

The platform is designed to grow with your operations through phased delivery, beginning with the AI Sales Agent and expanding into reporting dashboards and project workflow automation in subsequent phases.

Phase 1 is fully scoped under this proposal. Phases 2 and 3 are presented at a directional level and will be detailed in separate scopes once Phase 1 is live and producing data.

Delivery is structured in three phases. Phase 1 is fully scoped under this proposal. Phases 2 and 3 are presented at a directional level and will be detailed in separate scopes once Phase 1 is complete and live performance data is available to guide design decisions.

Requirements from the Client

To begin Phase 1 on time, the following items will be needed from your team. We will coordinate access and walk through any items together during the discovery milestone.

Access & Credentials

  • Administrative access to Streak (API key or admin account).
  • Authorization to integrate Gmail with the platform via OAuth for each account executive who will use the system.
  • A non-production Streak account or sandbox where development and testing can be performed safely.
  • AWS account and a domain for hosting the platform.

Reference Materials

  • A representative sample of historical pitches, with a focus on those that received strong responses or led to closed deals (ideally segmented by category).
  • A walkthrough or written documentation of your current Streak pipeline, custom fields, stages, and tagging conventions.
  • Examples of any brand voice or tone guidelines, if available.
  • Your current PDF report templates and any client-facing branding assets.

Coordination & Communication

  • A primary point of contact for project coordination and review cycles.
  • Availability of your account executives for two or three short calibration sessions during Milestones 1, 3, and 4.
  • Agreed review cycles and turnaround times for milestone sign-offs to keep the project on schedule.

Phases 2 & 3 are scoped and priced separately once Phase 1 is live. Live performance data from Phase 1 informs which Phase 2 features deliver the most value first.
